So I've moved again. The name of the blog will stay the same because I happen to be just as close to Colfax as I was before (maybe closer).
Anyway, the new neighborhood is Capitol Hill. Turns out Jack Kerouac is a former resident of the nabe, and though I'd like to be the Jack Kerouac of blogging, I'm not necessarily trying to match his legendary drinking ability (at least not consciously).
I hope to get some some pics of the new stomping grounds on here at some point.
You may now return to your regularly scheduled swine flu news.

This is Sure to Help Subside the Populist Outrage
Washington Post columnist and noted smartypants George Will wrote a piece last week about his dislike for denim. It's a pretty damning (and at times accurate) indictment of our jeans-wearing society but here is his suggested solution:
"This is not complicated. For men, sartorial good taste can be reduced to one rule: If Fred Astaire would not have worn it, don't wear it. For women, substitute Grace Kelly."
I don't think he could have done a better job at showing us how obviously lame and elitist he is. Seriously, get a researcher and find out who is currently considered very well dressed. There's got to be one fashionable person working at the Post who could have given Will better examples.
But no, he's suggesting that the two people that we should emulate in our fashion sense were dead before Ronald Reagan's second term. Yeah, seems reasonable.
